I have been a top producer in the local home market since I started in 1994. I have seen market conditions come and go and have developed an educated insight into current conditions that is well respected. This insight has propelled me into related fields, such as vacant land (the “tear down” phenomenon and local investor needs) as well as new construction marketing expertise. I have worked with my brokerage to incorporate new curricula for County Line Properties’ agent training related to such topics. I also have vast experience in determining the most effective techniques for negotiating deals at whatever level is required. Along with changing local conditions have come changing technological conditions. I have not only kept abreast of the “revolution”, I have embraced and incorporated it into my marketing and everyday business communications.
Along with the changing market conditions Hinsdale and surrounding areas have experienced since the “90’s boom”, cultural and global conditions have become a part of everyday life, even in our little Midwestern towns.
