Personal Information
Terry brings the energy and high-integrity requisite in local residential Real Estate. He has significant strategic, financial and development experience in markets from New York to Florida to the California coast. He lives in Hinsdale and has been involved in developments there and in the surrounding communities.
Background
Terry is from a large family in upstate New York.
He graduated with a B.A. in Accounting from Michigan State University and spent the next 3 years as a CPA with Deloitte & Touche. From there Terry spent 13 years working for Real Estate mogul Sam Zell in Chicago. He left Zell as a Vice President after gaining extensive experience in national retail and multi-family portfolio management. For the last few years, Terry has acted as Founder/President of his own company, which acquires underperforming Real Estate in emerging markets from New York to California.
Terry loves Real Estate and in his new association with County Line Properties looks forward to assisting you in your home search/sale, or in improving the performance of your Real Estate investments.
