Personal Information
I am the eldest daughter of Penny and John Bohnen, Broker/Owners of County Line Properties in Hinsdale. I have grown up in the village of Hinsdale, attending Oak, the Hinsdale Junior High and Hinsdale Central High School. I attended Loyola of New Orleans and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications in ’93. I now reside in Clarendon Hills, with my husband,Eric Stach.
My mission, as your County Line Properties realtor, is to uphold the highest standard of service, customize a search and education program for you, meet your communication needs and requirements, offer you the latest information, partnered with current technology and be an active resource during your home search or sale. With County Line Properties, you will work with a dedicated team of professionals from our staff of seasoned realtors to our Graphic Design department and excellent Management group.
My most recent work experience was at MCI, where I was a Salesperson, supplying middle to large-end businesses with their voice and data needs. I had an existing base of clientele and worked to build new customers into my account base. I worked an 80 hour week and was available to my customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Customer service was my main focus, and what built trust and brought return business.
Prior to MCI, I worked at Lucent Technologies on the Ameritech Voice Mail Sales team. At Lucent, Customer Service was also the driving focus of my position, making sure to meet deadlines, keep the voice mail product growing in the market while enhancing the technology to meet the needs of the ever-changing communications market. We sold the voice mail product to the Consumer (household market) and to the Small Business market, in Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, Ohio and Indiana.
I truly believe my experience at Lucent and MCI was great training for the real estate industry. Coming from the highly competitive telecom industry, I have learned what customers want and look for in a service industry and now I can turn that energy toward you!
