Penny and John Bohnen, life-long residents of Hinsdale founded County Line Properties in 1991 to bring a new level of professionalism and enthusiasm to the local residential real estate scene.

Background
Penny, a former elementary school teacher in the local school system, began her real estate career 18 years ago, joining a local firm and soon distinguishing herself as one of the top local professionals. A mother of three, she has successfully juggled home and career creating the balance necessary to start her own company. Penny devotes her time to her clients and to the many local charities and "causes" that make our village such a special place to live. She is the consummate professional and an integral part of our community. While participating in the sale of "all homes, great and small" she particularly enjoys welcoming new families to our villages and helping them solve their home needs as well as helping them get "up and running" with their lives.
